1. GUARANTEE - We have attempted to make a consistent effort in cataloging and correctly describing the property to be sold. No additional photos or details are available. The authenticity, condition, age, and size of each item is guaranteed as described in the Warehouse product catalog. We stand by our guarantee and will promptly refund the purchase cost of any item which is incorrectly described.
2. DURATION OF GUARANTEE - If you you believe that an item you purchsed has been incorrectly described, and you plan to request a refund on that item, the request must be made immediately upon receipt and examination of your purchases. The guarantee will end 24 hours from time of delivery.
3. DISPUTES - Guyette and Schmidt, Inc will be the sole determinant in resolving disputes related to an item's guaranteed description. Any disputes arising from the sale of these item(s) will be settled under Maine law.
4. TAX - A 5% sales tax must be charged to all buyers who register a Maine state address. For buyers from all other states, no sales tax is applicable.
5. PAYMENT - Payment may only be made by Visa, or Mastercard at completion of your order. Please note that complete customer information must be entered first. After a customer has entered the relevant information the first time, the information is stored for faster processing of any subsequent purchases. Credit card information is not stored on the website for security reasons.
6. AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS - All items listed are stocked in quantities of 1, except for catalogs and reference books. Until payment is made, all items are for sale. An item will be marked as out of stock (and unavailabel to other customers) at the time that you pay for it, not at the time you add it to your shopping cart. Therefore, it is possible to check the items you want, go to pay for them and find that something is no longer available because someone else has completed purchase of that item ahead of you. Such is the way of the internet. First one who pays gets the goods!
7. SHIPPING - Shipping will be by UPS Ground. Books or catalogs are now being shipped USPS priority mail, there is a total base charge of $3.50 plus $.50 per item. For all other categories there is a total base charge of $10.95 plus $5.00 per item or item-group. (Some items listed for sale may actually consist of of a small group of items and would be described as such.) Additional shipping charges will apply to international orders and we will notify you by email of such charges. Due to varying charges that can not be determined until after receiving shipments, Canadian purchases will be sent through the US Postal Service.
