The following information is offered for anyone who would like to become one of our Warehouse Sellers.

 1.   This site is advertised in most major sporting and antique publications, as well as on our decoy auction flyer, circulation 10,550.

2.  All items will have the Guyette and Schmidt, Inc. guarantee. (A combined 58 years of experience and honest business dealings.)

3.  You will need to contact us to give us idea of what you would like to sell.  There are 3 ways to do  this:  

1. Email photos to: edw@guyetteandschmidt.com (a single profile shot per item is sufficient). We will appraise them and advise you whether or not to put them on the site.
2. Mail photos to: Guyette and Schmidt, Inc., PO Box 1170, St. Michaels, MD 21663.  We will appraise them and advise you whether or not to put them on the site.
3.  For large quantities of decoys that are located in the Northeast US we can probably stop by to appraise the items (no charge) and if you decide to sell them through Everyone's Decoy Warehouse, we can, at that point pick them up.

4.  Ship your items to us by UPS or Fed Ex Ground:  Everyone's Decoy Warehouse

We'll send you a contract which you sign and return to us.  When the contract is returned we will catalog the decoys with a guaranteed description, price, and photograph, and it will be posted on Everyone’s Decoy Warehouse site.

5.  Items will remain on the website for 90 days or until sold.  Guyette and Schmidt, Inc. will pay the seller approximately 15 days after an item has sold;  in effect, after the buyer has received and accepted those items purchased.  A setup fee of $15 per item (or unit of grouped items) will be charged to the seller for each item listed on the site.  For those items listed that result in a sale of that item,  a 20% commission charge and a 1% insurance fee will be deducted from the payment to the seller.

6.  During the months of April, July, and November payments may be delayed by up to one week.
